Remodeled the existing house and designed a 1632 sq. ft. addition. Converted existing garage into a bedroom, bathroom, and laundry. Added a two car garage with porte cochere on 1st floor and a media room, bar/kitchenette, office, bathroom, and a balcony on the 2nd floor.
