We have provided designing and construction services for remodeling of this house. Main design features included: removal of walls between living and sunroom, kitchen and living, and kitchen and family room to open up the floor plan; redesigning of the kitchen with an eat-in island; conversion of the sunroom into a dining; addition of study, office and laundry, remodeling of the bedrooms and bathrooms; glass sliding doors were added to the dining; a patio was added in front of dining; new flooring throughout, new light fixtures; new plumbing fixtures; exterior and interior of the house were refinished and painted.
