Construction Administration
We specialize in 3-dimensional architectural designing to help you visualize your future project before construction is started and make any changes to meet your needs and approval during design stage. This minimizes the change orders during construction and reduce the overall construction cost and save construction time. We prepare detailed construction drawings based on the final approved schematic design. We work with you to submit the project to the authorities having jurisdiction to get their approvals and respond to their review comments. We assist you to distribute the project to contractors to get bids and help you in evaluating their bids.
