It has been a pleasure working with Sohail. Since this is an enormous decision for most people, an Architect is the soul of the project. This person needs patience and impartiality. Sohail is just that person. Before starting any work Sohail walked us through the process and let us deliberate about using his services without any pressure. After deciding to go forward, Sohail wrote up the contract with all stipulations spelled out. I must say the process was exactly how he described. The assigned time period intervals for each process were on right on time and Sohail delivered an excellent product. Also did I mention, Sohail did this without being local. We were looking to do a remodel/ addition to our house and called many architect firms in the area. S2N2 answered the phone the first call and was able to explain the scope of work he could provide for a flat fee. Sohail, the lead architect, met with us and discussed the project. It took only a couple of modifications and he had produced 3d renderings of the spaces for us to see and evaluate and then all of the plans and drawings we would need for permitting. Sohail is responsive, straightforward and honest. I would highly recommend him and his firm for planning a new construction or renovation project.

We had a small powder bath repair that turned into a small updated renovation. The price was right , the team was great, and the repairs along with the upgrades came out better than expected! Sohail worked as a Principal Architect on one of our Fort Worth, TX projects. This project was a downtown building for several million dollars.
